Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using ShedFollow you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind that company. Narrow Road Software LLC provides the service.

2. The service

ShedFollow helps dealerships collect leads and follow up on quotes. You're responsible for the accuracy of data you import and for how your team contacts customers, including compliance with applicable messaging and privacy laws.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per rep seat via Stripe. Seat counts adjust automatically as you add or remove team members. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

If we issue a refund, it is limited to the current billing month for that customer. We do not refund prior months. Canceling your subscription stops future billing and is not itself a refund. To request a refund, email support@shedfollow.com.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ShedFollow to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or to access data belonging to organizations you're not authorized to access.

6. Meta Platform (Tech Provider)

If you connect a Facebook Page or otherwise receive data from Meta through ShedFollow, we act as a Tech Provider: we process Meta Platform Data (including Facebook Instant Form leads) on your behalf and at your direction.

• Platform Data is stored and shown only for your dealership. You may use it only to follow up on that dealership's leads and to operate your ShedFollow account. You may not sell it, license it, use it to build or augment profiles for advertising or retargeting on or off Meta, mix it with another business's Meta data, or share it outside your team except as Meta's terms allow.
• You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and any other Meta terms that apply to your Page or ads.
• You are responsible for how your team contacts people who submitted a form, including consent, opt-out, and messaging laws.
• We may suspend or disconnect Meta access for your account if Meta requires it or if we believe your use violates these terms or Meta's.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific sales outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
