Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, dealership name, and authentication credentials.
• Business data you import or connect: your lead sources, lot details, and customer lead records (name, contact info, building, quote amount, status).
• Usage data: log events around sign-in, billing, follow-up activity, and integrations, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the service: surfacing leads that need follow-up, generating message drafts, computing rep performance, and processing subscription billing. Your leads are visible only to your own team. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the subprocessors needed to run the service.

Subprocessors

We rely on Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (optional AI message drafting). Customer data shared with OpenAI is limited to what is needed to draft a single follow-up message and is not used to train models.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us.
